About HCI

Established in 1995, Hatcher Consultants, Inc., is a one-of-a-kind management consulting firm providing a holistic approach to reducing workers compensation costs, stabilizing the workforce, and improving the productivity and profitability of the services provided by employees.  The approach is designed to significantly reduce workers compensation costs, accidents, and employee turnover, while increasing the quality of the workforce.

Reducing these costs begins with making an informed hiring decision and continues with the effective management of personnel.  When accidents do occur, the HCI approach substantially reduces the potential cost of the accident and ensures that the employee returns to work as quickly as possible.

The HCI Core Group consists of companies who have elected to take advantage of the full array of services offered by HCI, have been associated with HCI for at least one year, and have demonstrated a quality approach in the management of personnel assets.  These companies have partnered with us to achieve success in reducing workers compensation costs and increasing the quality of their work force – resulting in savings that far exceed the costs of HCI’s services.

Core Group members act as an advisory council to HCI, identifying areas of common concern and directing HCI in the development of programs to address these concerns.  Members receive exclusive benefits not otherwise available.

Other specialized services include Supreme Court-certified mediation and conciliation, as well as a variety of training programs for supervisors and employees.
